Bishop Wayne T. Jackson is the Founder and President of The Impact Network, the only all African American Founded and Operated National Christian Television Network. He is also the senior pastor of Impact Ministries International located in Detroit, Michigan. Bishop Jackson holds an honorary doctorate of divinity degree from St. Thomas Christian College in Jacksonville, Florida.

 As a pastor, Bishop Jackson’s primary responsibilities is caring for the flock that God has entrusted to him by teaching the Word of God and developing disciples of Jesus Christ.  He also oversees the day-to-day administrative activities of The Impact Network and Impact Ministries International and Wayne T. Jackson Ministries. 

A vital portion of Bishop Jackson’s ministry is to help those that cannot help themselves. He is a strong advocate of feeding, clothing, and housing the poor. He has taken men off of the streets into his own home, to help them get their lives back on track and endeavors to one day start a Nehemiah House, a transitional home for men.  Bishop Wayne T. Jackson has also gone to ailing countries in Africa, taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ and much needed medical supplies, food, computers and books. When Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans, Bishop Jackson took trained ministers with supplies for the distressed region. He brought busloads of the Hurricane victims back to Detroit where the proper and essential provisions were given to them to enable them to start their lives over. Under Bishop Jackson’s administration, he has developed and implemented several programs to help the underprivileged and has ministered to them both spiritually and naturally. 

As the founder of Wayne T. Jackson Ministries his out-reach ministry, he ministers the Gospel to the sick, shut-in, incarcerated, senior citizens, and others across the country. He has been called to bring the demonstration of the power of God to the world.  His miracle crusades have changed the lives of thousands of individuals.  Many have been healed of cancer, diabetes, AIDS, high blood pressure and many other diseases. 

Bishop Jackson is also the founder of the “Greater Works of Christ” Organization which is a fellowship of churches that expands from coast to coast and internationally. Through Greater Works of Christ, Bishop Jackson serves as Chief Apostle and overseer. He mentors other men of God and ministries teaching and empowering them to spread the demonstration of the healing and the supernatural power of Jesus Christ to the world. 

Prophetically, Bishop Jackson has accurately spoken the prophetic Word of God directly into the lives of thousands of people; including celebrities, key political figures, titans of business and industry, and the overall Body of Christ. God has also smiled on Bishop Jackson and has blessed him with entrepreneurial savvy. Among many businesses he opened a shoe and clothing store “Wayne T.’s, Dominique’s Hair & Beauty Salon, a We Care Outlet and other businesses including many real estate endeavors. 

Bishop Jackson is the loving husband of 30 years to Dr. Beverly Y. Jackson, adoring father to nine children, loving grandfather, effective leader, prosperous business man and a highly anointed man of God. He is a solid pillar of the city of Detroit, the state of Michigan, and the world. Bishop Wayne T. Jackson constantly affirms, “This is my testimony, ‘Down through the years, God has been good to me!’”
